All Gentle Baking products are gluten free and wheat free. However, the cottage company has not pursued official gluten free certification. The customer can be rest assured that the cottage home and the ingredients are gluten, wheat, and corn free, due to the family having Celiac disease and IBS. This means that there is no possibility of cross contamination.

The majority of the ingredients carry official gluten-free certification. the rest of the ingredients are naturally gluten-free, made in a factory that does not handles wheat or gluten. Gentle Baking personally contacted each supplier to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination.

Gentle Baking also wants to give the customer the power to confidently purchase
the bake goods, knowing the ingredients fit their diet and choices.

Gentle Baking offers two convenient options for customers to order online and pick up their baked goods in person:

1. Farmer’s Market

To order:

• Click the menu bar (3 horizontal lines on the upper left corner of the website)
• Click “Purchase by Pick-Up Location”
• Select Farmer’s Market
• Order from the list of baked goods available for that week.
• Complete your order.
• Pickup occurs on the next designated date Gentle Baking is schedule to be at the Farmer's Market.

*Please note - each time, Gentle Baking has a set deadline assign to be able to fulfill the orders on time for the Farmer's Market location.

2. Park Location Pickup

Gentle Baking currently offers one park location for pickup.

To order:

• Click “Purchase by Pick-Up Location”
• Select the Park Location option
• Order from the list of baked goods available for that week.
• Pickup occur on the designated date and time.

Gentle Baking makes a couple of ingredients, this is because these ingredients are hard to find pure, gluten free, and without unnecessary preservatives.

• Almond Milk
• Baking powder

These ingredients are not sold to the costumer, but are used to make the bake goods.

Gentle Baking is offering delivery only at a radius of 15 miles from Liberty Park
(9700 W Williams Rd, Peoria, AZ 85383)

Free delivery for 2 types of orders:

• Within a radius of 5 miles from Liberty Park.
• Orders of $50 or more between a radius of 5 to 15 miles from Liberty Park.

A $5 delivery fee for orders that are less the $50 and between the radius of 5 to 15 miles from Liberty Park.

Gentle Baking is not offering custom orders, as of right now.

However, Gentle Baking welcomes ideas of new bake goods to see if it is possible to do. If a costumer wants to introduce an idea, this needs to be submitted at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance of when is needed. Once a request is submitted Gentle Baking will evaluate the idea and study if it is something that can be accomplished. The costumer will be contacted with the final decision once is made.

Sending an idea does not guarantee that the company will make the bake good.
