All of Gentle Baking bake good are gluten free, but we have not pursued official gluten free certification. However, the costumer can be rest assure that the cottage kitchen is gluten and wheat free, and so are our ingredients. This is due to our family having Celiac disease.

The majority of the ingredients carry official gluten-free certification. the rest of the ingredients are naturally gluten-free, made in a factory that does not handles wheat or gluten. Gentle Baking personally contacted each supplier to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination.

Gentle Baking offers two convenient options for customers to order online and pick up their baked goods in person:

1. Farmer’s Market Pickup

Customers can place an online order to reserve their favorite baked goods for pickup at the farmer’s market. To order:

• Go to the menu (upper left corner of the website)
• Click “Purchase by Pick-Up Location”
• Select the Farmer’s Market option

From there, you can browse the available items for that market and place your order. Pickups take place on the day Gentle Baking is scheduled to be at the farmer’s market.

2. Park Location Pickup

Gentle Baking currently offers one park location for pickup.

To order:

• Go to the menu (upper left corner of the website)
• Click “Purchase by Pick-Up Location”
• Select the Park Location option

You’ll be able to view and order from the list of baked goods available for that week. Pickups occur on the designated day and time for that location.

Gentle Baking makes a couple of ingredients, this is because these ingredients are hard to find pure, gluten free, and without unnecessary preservatives.

These ingredients are not sold to the costumer, but are used to make the bake goods.

No-Gentle Baking does not offer shipping or delivery at this moment. All orders are pick up only at any of the pick up locations and at the farmer's market were we sell.
