At Gentle Baking, we believe you shouldn't have to choose between the foods you love and the ingredients you feel comfortable bringing into your home.

Our baked goods are made in our dedicated gluten-free home kitchen. Gluten and wheat are not welcome in our home, and we carefully select the ingredients we use in every recipe.

We choose ingredients based on our Gentle Baking standards, including:

• Naturally gluten-free ingredients, certified gluten-free ingredients, or ingredients from facilities that do not produce gluten-containing products
• Organic and/or non-GMO ingredients whenever possible
• Ingredients selected with low-FODMAP considerations in mind
• No wheat, corn, dairy, seed oils, xanthan gum, artificial colors, or natural flavors
